  • Where Feet Retreat will be held as always at Sertoma 4-H Camp in Danbury, NC - a beautiful, in-the-woods setting with a large dance hall with a wonderfully responsive wooden floor.
  • Lodging Rustic cabins and a limited number of campsites are available. Each cabin has 11 or 12 bunk beds. Bring your own pillows, sheets, sleeping bags, towels, flashlights, etc. Campsites have no electricity, but showers, water and ice are available. Limited lodge space will be assigned to staff. Cabins will be assigned in advance, so mark your cabin preference and attach a list of potential cabinmates.
  • Meals Four delicious meals (3 Saturday and breakfast Sunday) will be prepared by a local caterer. Restaurants or markets are 10 to 12 miles away in Danbury.

  • Policies - We keep them to a minimum, but here goes --
  • Single Dance Registrations will be accepted, but full dance weekend registrations will take priority. If you'd like to register for a single dance, send in your registration and amount due and you'll be notified via email or mail (SASE) when you're in.
  • Lodge rooms will be reserved for staff. Just because you were in the lodge before, doesn't guarantee you'll be there agian this year. Assume you will not be.
  • Refunds: We sure hope you'll be able to come but if something comes up and you have to cancel, here's the deal: let us know before September 1st and you'll get all your money back less $10 per person. On September 1st and later, we make no refunds at all.
  • Kids: Children are the responsibility of their parents at all times. Please be aware that we do not provide babysitting services.
  • Pets: Prohibited. Period.
  • Alcohol: Ditto. Don't even ask.
